As the eCommerce Manager for our French website, you will be responsible for the website P&L, with the main focus on maximising conversion to lead and online sales and ensuring the website's smooth operation. To do this you will work with a range of Vivactive departments: Marketing, Tech and Logistics to ensure our roll out into the French Incontinence Market is a tremendous success.

Can you:

  • Manage online trading initiatives and end to end ecommerce operation
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the digital elements of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Work closely with our Tech Manager to get a UX/UI to best suit our customers' journeys that is fast, secure and easy to use
  • Work closely with our Tech department to oversee design
  • Monitor web stats and generate reports on digital performance
  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the UK & Ireland websites
  • Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards
  • Assist with social media campaigns
  • Manage landing pages, news/blog posts, articles, images, videos and product specific webpages
  • Respond to security and website performance issues

What we expect in return:

  • The ability to understand the needs of our French customers
  • A competent grasp of the French language, being a French national would be advantageous
  • A commercial eye to identify gaps in the range and identify new market opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting at all levels
  • The ability to analyse data and make quick commercial decisions based on information available
  • Be a confident negotiator and able to develop professional relationships
  • Have the ability to translate content from English to French (product descriptions, images, banners, emails)
  • Work with customer service to deliver the best possible customer experience by actively listening, understanding customer needs and concerns, and using feedback to improve while also being ready to step in and provide cover when needed to keep things running smoothly
  • Manage external marketing campaigns with multiple different partners
