The Campaign Manager will play a key role in supporting our growth by ensuring the smooth, timely, and consistent delivery of new product content and brand activity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and structure, and wants to help build a brand function that is evolving rapidly.

About the Role

As our Campaign Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the new product creation process, ensuring every product moves smoothly through design, photography, copy, and upload stages. You’ll become the central point of communication between Brand, Buying, and key channel owners, making sure everyone has the information they need, when they need it. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full new product creation process from brief to launch.
  • Gather all required product information, assets, and specifications.
  • Coordinate timelines across design, photography, copy, and upload.
  • Prioritise and schedule work for the creative team based on urgency and capacity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all brand and creative requests.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback and turn it into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Keep Email, Paid Search, Social and other managers informed and supplied with the assets they need.
  • Support the development and maintenance of brand and content guidelines.
  • Maintain organised asset libraries, templates, and naming conventions.
  • Identify workflow issues and suggest improvements to keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in branding, creative work, or product content management.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly on the job.

Desirable

  • Experience in project coordination or product content workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday or project scheduling software.
  • Understanding of eCommerce, retail, or product-based businesses.
  • Basic awareness of creative processes (design, photography, copywriting).
