About the role: is currently looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to help us expand our continued business growth with the UK ISV/Software Partnerships Sector. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication and skills to manage your own sales targets as well as lead and inspire a small team of ISV Account Managers, to grow the existing team and sales revenue. The goal is to play a key role in driving rapid and sustainable financial growth through boosting the sales and performance through our ISV Partnership program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the performance of the ISV Sales team, who in turn are responsible for self-generating and driving sales throughout the UK;
- Support the ISV Sales Team in identifying potential partnerships and meeting sales targets;
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the ISV sales function, focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
- Lead research into identifying new markets and customer needs;
- Support the ISV sales team with business meetings with prospective clients, being actively involved from a more senior perspective with more critical clients;
- Promote products & services, predicting and addressing client objections and requirements;
- Constantly review and understand the ISV sales pipelines and business opportunities, redirecting focus where necessary, and reporting to senior management on progress and performance against individual and departmental targets;
- Ensure that the ISV sales team are proactive in their provision of trustworthy feedback and after-sale support;
- Successfully deal with any complex issues or escalations;
- Ensure that long-term relationships are established and maintained with new and existing customers;
- Develop the team through successful coaching, mentoring and performance management, ensuring employee retention while at the same time optimising performance levels;
- Assume a lead role in the recruitment of new ISV sales executives and the growth of the team;
- Ensuring that individual, departmental and company targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Be accomplished at selling technology solutions through ISV partnerships / channel partners.
- Strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing, developing and inspiring sales teams in order to deliver high-value sales opportunities and achieve targets.
- A proven track record of continually meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to decipher complex sales data and report to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- A detailed understanding of the importance of social media and online presence in driving large account sales.
- Hold sound commercial acumen, able to negotiate multi-partner commercial agreements.
- Be a strong stakeholder with the engagement skills and ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels to deliver parallel projects.

- Clean driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK (essential).
