This role will be based out of our Milton Keynes at least 3 days per week. Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of selling technology SaaS solutions via independent software vendor partnerships / channel partners? Do you possess a "can do" attitude and exceptional prospecting, new business development, and closing skills? If you can answer Yes, we are seeking an outstanding ISV Partnerships Manager to join our growing team.
In this pivotal role, you will drive ISV partner acquisition working with some of the most advanced digital payments solutions available today!
About the Role:
- Identify new ISV opportunities in the country;
- Monitor the software market for vendors suitable for the ISV program;
- Monitor the verticals to identify the major IT vendors offering services to merchants;
- Contact vendors suitable for the ISV program and present the program;
- Onboard new ISVs;
- Assist with the creation of the ISVs account;
- Coordinate the communication of the ISV with the TAM team to assist integration work;
- Manage merchants coming from ISVs;
- Coordinate the onboarding of new merchants, in collaboration with Lead Generation;
- Monitor revenue from individual merchants and individual ISVs;
- Identify deviations of revenue and trigger corrective actions;
- Manage relationships with ISVs;
- Conduct regular meetings with the ISVs to review collaboration;
- Escalation and internal follow-up on any issues affecting the services offered to ISV merchants;
- Monitoring of financial relationship of the company with ISVs (invoicing, payments);
- Administrative & other tasks;
- Training on company's products;
- Sales/ISVs meeting preparation & presentation.
Requirements:
- Be accomplished at new business solution selling both lead generation and closing.
- Experience of selling technology solutions through ISV partnerships/channel partners;
- Successful track record of creating partnerships;
- Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
- Hold sound commercial acumen, able to negotiate multi-partner commercial agreements;
- Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
- Hold a proven track record of continually meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Desirable although not essential would be a background within EPOS peripheral sales;
- Strong language skills with the ability to speak English at business level.
