What you will do:

As a member of the Client Acquisition Team, you will generate business opportunities and convert sales leads into customer appointments, closing sales for payment card terminals and related merchant services through digital and face-to-face contact. You will provide first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned to customer needs, acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

More specifically, as a SMB Sales Executive, you will:

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through self-generated activities and sales leads;
  • Evaluate data about prospects, build rapport, and validate current needs through in-person visits;
  • Maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients;
  • Seek new sales opportunities through networking, digital prospection, and customer/area canvassing;
  • Deliver compelling presentations of products/services based on your market and product knowledge;
  • Close sales by selling products/services;
  • Update customer data in the CRM system;
  • Undertake relevant training and refresh it as needed;
  • Promote teamwork and learn from colleagues.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, selling solutions to SME retail and hospitality businesses at mid-senior management levels;
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas;
  • Good understanding of information technology, especially web-based applications;
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills;
  • Organizational and diary management skills;
  • Resilience and persistence in handling objections;
  • Results-driven with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle (expenses paid);
  • Excellent English skills.

Advantageous but not essential:

  • Experience in banking sector and Card Terminals;
