We’re hiring a D365 Support Consultant to join a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy delivering ERP and business application solutions to organisations across multiple sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working closely with clients, and helping organisations get the most out of their Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft Dynamics modules, integrations, workflows, and customisations
- Support system updates, environment management, and release planning
- Test and validate patches, hotfixes, and new features
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide clear communication and support to end users and stakeholders
