Customer Success Manager (SaaS)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)
Role overview
You’ll manage customer relationships from onboarding through to long-term adoption and retention. The role combines customer interaction, product guidance, and structured account management.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and deliver product training
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Support customers via email and video calls
- Help customers adopt core features and best practices
- Monitor account health and usage
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tools
- Share customer feedback with internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, SaaS support, onboarding, or account management
- Comfortable explaining software to non-technical users
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Customer-focused mindset
Working pattern
Hybrid: 2 days per week in Belfast office, 3 days remote
