The role
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor design role inside the content team — for someone who wants to make, not manage.
No team to build, no strategy to set: the founders and content team set direction, you execute it to a high standard.
You'll build and maintain the templates, assets and systems that keep the team publishing quickly and consistently on-brand, with real autonomy so long as you stay tightly aligned to the brand.
- What you'll be responsible
- Supplying the content team's design toolkit — templates, assets and systems built for speed.
- Branding new launches — logos, colour, thumbnails and naming support.
- Designing recipe and lifestyle content, from release assets to story visuals.
- Producing educational graphics — articles, thumbnails and featured imagery.
- Shaping member communications — calendars, updates and newsletter visuals.
- Owning social design — Instagram stories, banners and quote cards.
- Directing photography and video, and building the editing templates the team relies on.
- Curating the brand — a clean, organised asset library and identity system.
- Setting the standard — every piece considered, editorial and precise.
- What they're looking for
A skilled graphic and brand designer with strong taste and attention to detail.
Fast, self-sufficient, and comfortable taking a brief and running with it with minimal oversight.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and video-editing templates, with strong typography, logo/mark design and layout skills.
Organised, disciplined about working within an established brand rather than a personal style.
What's on offer
Premium Belfast office with on-site fitness facilities, private medical cover, life assurance and critical illness cover, strong pension, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and real ownership over a brand seen by a global members.
