Viva Senior Living at Greenpoint is an Independent Living and Enriched Housing Senior Living community located in Liverpool, New York. Housekeepers are expected to complete work schedules as assigned to maintain the community including resident apartments, in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, as directed by the supervisor, in accordance with company policies and procedures and NYS Department of Health regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education/Training/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, 1 year of housekeeping experience also preferred.
- Skill(s): Reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 25 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
