MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delegate Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global corporate events by managing the delegate experience from registration to post-event follow up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the end-to-end delegate management process for corporate events, including registration, accommodation, travel, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, event materials, and communication strategies.
- Implement and utilise delegate management software/tools for efficient registration and tracking.
- Manage the assistant delegate manager and, together, ensure that relevant team members are sufficiently able to use the delegate management systems.
- Analyse and report on delegate data to enhance future event planning and execution.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the delegate experience.
