Key Responsibilities

  • Assist partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants;
  • Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote the company’s collaboration framework;
  • Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partners;
  • Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in working cross-functionally to enhance partner relationships and business impact;
  • Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
  • Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
  • Strong language skills with the ability to speak English and Italian at a business level.
