This is an office based role located at either Milton Keynes or London EC3A. Join Viva as a Global Accounts Business Development Manager and help shape the future of payments! You’ll build strategic partnerships to deliver innovative payment solutions for key clients and drive revenue growth within English speaking European countries with an emphasis on the UK market — all while working with a collaborative team that’s passionate about making an impact.

The Global Accounts Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding Viva’s international footprint by building and growing relationships with global clients. This position combines strategic planning, sales, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating growth with global accounts, enterprise merchants, and strategic partners by leveraging Viva’s comprehensive suite of in-person and online payment solutions, fiscalisation and banking services.

Beyond business development, this role extends into pre-sales support, customer and partner success, and partner enablement—ensuring smooth adoption, sustained engagement, and continuous revenue growth.

Duties:

  • An MBA or background in engineering is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of global payment processing solutions, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong network of ISVs, IHVs, and resellers within the payments industry.
  • Hold strong presentation, communication, and third-party handling skills, particularly over video meetings or over the phone.
  • International mindset with the ability to manage complex global accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in the local language and English.
