About the role:
As a member of the Direct Sales Team at viva.com, you will convert inbound and self-sourced sales leads into merchants for card terminals and related services. You will provide first-class sales service, aligned with customer needs, acting as a trusted partner.
More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage and organize your diary effectively
- Handle objections with resilience and persistence
- Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-motivation
- Work under pressure to achieve sales targets
To be considered, you should have:
- Experience in B2B sales or high-value B2C sales
- Strong organizational and diary management skills
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections to achieve win-win outcomes
- A results-driven approach with strong self-drive and the ability to work under pressure
- Motivation to succeed both personally and financially
- Excellent command of English
Desirable:
- Ability to understand, demonstrate, and communicate web-based software products
- Experience dealing with a diverse client base
- Additional language skills such as Turkish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are beneficial but not essential
