Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving the automation, deployment, observability, and operational capabilities that support Viva.com’s technology platforms. You will work closely with engineering, cloud infrastructure, SRE, architecture, QA, security, and operations teams to enable reliable software delivery, scalable cloud-native infrastructure, and efficient production operations. This role requires a self‑driven engineer with strong ownership, technical curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be expected to work autonomously, identify areas for optimization, challenge existing processes, and actively contribute to the evolution of our DevOps practices. A strong focus will be placed on Azure DevOps, AKS, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, Datadog observability, cloud-native operations, and AI-assisted automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications, services, and environments;
  • Support and enhance deployment automation using Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, scripting, templates, and reusable pipeline components;
  • Contribute to the migration, operation, and optimization of workloads running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other cloud-native platforms;
  • Build, maintain, and improve Infrastructure-as-Code practices to support repeatable, secure, and scalable infrastructure delivery;
  • Automate manual and repetitive operational tasks using scripting, tooling, and where applicable, AI-assisted automation capabilities;
  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of release management, deployment governance, and production delivery processes;
  • Implement and maintain observability capabilities using Datadog, including monitors, dashboards, logs, metrics, alerts, and integrations;
  • Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to improve system reliability, incident detection, alert quality, and operational visibility;
  • Proactively identify performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization opportunities across infrastructure and delivery workflows;
  • Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions with a focus on resilience, maintainability, automation, and operational excellence;
  • Research, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies, including AI-powered DevOps, observability, automation, and incident response tooling;
  • Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to enable efficient end-to-end delivery;
  • Contribute to technical documentation, operational runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing practices;
  • Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them independently from analysis and implementation through validation and operational handover.

At Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI. When you join us, you’re stepping into a future‑forward environment where technology empowers every role, driving smarter, more efficient.
