We are building the future of financing. Right now, if they want money, SaaS founders have to pitch VCs or try to get money from banks. At Vitt, we're revolutionizing how SaaS founders raise capital and manage their cash flow. Our mission is simple: let the builders both own and grow their businesses.

We are looking for driven, open-minded and enthusiastic individuals to grow Vitt together. The position requires motivation and energy only (previous experience is a plus but not necessary). The job involves improving the life of SaaS founders by providing financing that lets them both own and grow their businesses.

As our first Junior Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to build and shape Vitt's Sales Team from the ground up. This means:

  • You build a department from scratch.
  • You will work with our CEO to grow Vitt's Sales department from 0 to our main growth driver for years to come.
  • You will learn a ton about sales and embrace other responsibilities around strategy and growth.
  • You will be given the opportunity to develop and grow alongside the business.

We only hire people with an ownership mindset. This means that we trust you to fully own your sales pipeline from acquisition to conversion, create your plan of action and execute it self-reliantly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving growth in the UK market by reaching SaaS founders, pitching and convincing them of Vitt, and converting them into engaged clients.
  • Finding and closing new clients through a variety of channels.
  • Creating long-lasting, trustful relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the UK and European SaaS industry.
  • Owning your sales funnel from start to finish, and being accountable for the targets set.
  • Finding opportunities for improvement in all activities and testing new initiatives.
  • Being aware of internal challenges and ready to help improve team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Natural-born communicator: able to reach founders and convert them into engaged clients.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar field with a proven track record of success.
  • Competitive mindset: comfortable performing under pressure and motivated by challenging competitors.
  • Take initiative: able to prioritize and get things done in a startup environment.
  • Curiosity: strong interest in capital markets and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
