Our common goal is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our London showroom and office environment, creating an inviting and professional experience for clients, partners, and colleagues. As a central point of coordination, you will support customer engagement, events, travel arrangements, and workplace services while maintaining the high standards that define the Vitra brand. This role sits at the heart of our local organisation and contributes to delivering an exceptional customer and visitor experience.

Your impact in the role:

  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the showroom and office environment.
  • Maintain the showroom, sample collections, and office spaces in an organised, functional, and representative condition.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including overall event production and coordination.
  • Welcome customers, respond to enquiries, and coordinate solutions for a wide range of client requests.
  • Coordinate the shipment and distribution of products, samples, and materials through external logistics and courier partners.
  • Organise business travel, client visits, and VIP programmes, including flights, accommodation, reservations, and itineraries.
  • Manage office supplies, refreshments, and catering arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers to ensure efficient facility operations.

How you can convince:

  • Previous experience in showroom management, office management, hospitality, customer service, event management, or a comparable coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience coordinating events, travel arrangements, logistics, or workplace services.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
