Job Description
Position Summary
Based in London, reporting to the HR:
- Be the first point of contact when meeting and greeting visiting clients/customers
- Managing meeting room bookings on our EMS system
- Booking lunches as required
- Managing refreshments and cleaning as required
- Liaising with building security
- General Office administration as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a fast paced corporate environment
- Prior experience in a reception role, oil/financial/insurance sector advantageous
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other software packages
- Additional language skills an advantage, though not essential
