About the Position

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and expertise to guide customers toward the perfect jewellery piece. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
  • Upsell and cross‐sell jewellery and related accessories.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate in in‐store events and promotions.

About the Candidate

  • Minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with Fine Jewellery experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and a results‐oriented approach.
  • Passion for jewellery storytelling and an eye for style.
  • Organised and detail‐oriented.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
