Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and related accessories.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
