How We Select Students - Skills, Strengths & Potential

- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Commitment to participating fully
- Personal strengths (e.g., communication, teamwork, creativity)
- Interest in business, technology, people, or related fields
You will need to submit
- A personal statement (300-400 words) explaining:
- Why you want to join
- How the programme fits your interests
- Any career paths you're considering
A letter of recommendation from a teacher or school representative will also be obtained as part of the written screening (personal statement + recommendation).
Process
Short 30‑minute Microsoft Teams video interview with Safa Iqbal (Employee Experience Specialist) and a 30‑minute final interview with Clara Moretti-Parker (Head of Talent). This approach helps us select students who truly want to be here and will get the most value from the experience.
