  • Own the UK/Europe Delivery function end to end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while achieving targeted time to revenue.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in pre‑sales, customer solutions, technical implementation, or technical delivery leadership within SaaS, FinTech, payments, treasury, claims, or insurance technology.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by delivering measurable client outcomes in a fast‑scaling FinTech environment.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, including technical discovery, value‑based demonstrations, solution design, proposal support, procurement, and implementation readiness.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, technical teams, non‑technical audiences, prospects, partners, and internal leadership.
