We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to sit within our RevOps function, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. This is a newly created role and Vitesse’s first GTM Engineer hire.

Responsibilities

  • You will help shape how GTM engineering operates across the business, building the foundations and systems that enable the function to scale.
  • Working across the entire revenue funnel, you will architect end-to-end revenue systems that drive efficiency, insight, and growth.
  • You will own the automated systems that move revenue through the funnel - from the agentic top-of-funnel stack that generates pipeline, to the intelligence layer that scores opportunities, surfaces risk, and recommends next best actions, through to seller enablement systems that increase team capacity and effectiveness.
  • You’ll design workflows, integrate tools, and optimise the technical backbone of our GTM engine to help Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams operate more effectively at scale.
  • You will also play a central role in building the Vitesse “Brain” - a capability that will become increasingly important in an AI-driven world.
  • This role is ideal for someone who combines Commercial awareness with strong technical execution and enjoys solving complex problems through data, systems, and automation.
  • Own and evolve the connectivity across our core GTM tooling ecosystem, including marketing platforms, CRM, sales engagement, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Design scalable workflows that improve how we understand, acquire, convert, and retain customers.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual processes across the GTM function.
  • Build reusable systems, workflows, and templates that scale across the organisation and compound in value over time.
  • Develop and optimise native integrations across GTM tools, databases, and commercial platforms.
  • Leverage APIs, low/no-code tools, and scripting to deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Automate seller workflows including call preparation, post-call follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and proposal generation to maximise selling time.
  • Partner closely with Engineering on more complex technical builds and integrations where required.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI across the GTM funnel (e.g. lead scoring, customer tiering, pipeline prioritisation, enrichment, outbound personalisation).
  • Build and implement AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making across Sales and Customer teams.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to embed AI into day-to-day processes in a practical, value-driven way.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimise AI-led initiatives based on measurable impact.
  • Support in defining best practices and guardrails for deploying AI responsibly within GTM workflows — particularly important in a regulated industry.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to understand challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate GTM needs into scalable system and process solutions.
  • Enable teams with better data, tooling, and workflows to improve performance.
  • Drive adoption through hands‑on training, pair‑building sessions, and documentation — so the org builds capability, not dependency on one person.
  • Turn intent, engagement, and conversational signals into deal scores, risk flags, and next‑best‑action prompts that reach sellers where they work.
  • Bridge the gap between product usage data and commercial activity to surface early indicators of expansion or churn risk.
  • Help define and maintain the scoring models and decision logic that underpin how we prioritise deals and accounts.
  • Support development of product‑led or data‑driven GTM strategies grounded in real conversion outcomes.
  • Support the wider team to build analytics and reporting that provide clear visibility on pipeline, conversion, and performance.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems, particularly in an AI world.
  • Support the analytics and reporting team to provide leadership with actionable insights, not just data.

Qualifications

  • Ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve GTM effectiveness and scalability.
  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or a GTM systems role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build cross‑functional relationships and drive outcomes across teams.
  • Experience with low/no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make) or scripting (e.g. SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with native integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset — enjoys fixing broken or inefficient processes.
  • Ability to prioritise work based on business impact.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Able to operate with autonomy in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exposure to high‑growth startup/scale‑up environments (Fintech preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of how sales funnels, pipelines, and revenue models work.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into business impact.
  • Highly proactive and solutions‑oriented with the ability to take initiative to drive improvements forward.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong data literacy — able to structure, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
