Process
Short 30‑minute Microsoft Teams interview with Safa Iqbal (Employee experience specialist) and then a 30‑minute final interview with Clara Moretti‑Parker (Head of Talent). This approach helps us select students who truly want to be here and will get the most value from the experience.
Our work experience programme has been designed to give you a broad introduction to the world of work - but the benefits go far beyond simple exposure.
Experience a fast‑growing fintech environment
You’ll spend time across multiple teams, giving you insight into how a modern technology‑driven business operates day‑to‑day. This helps you understand different career paths and what roles might suit you in the future.
Build real employability skills
Throughout the week, you’ll develop skills such as communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, professionalism, and confidence – the same core skills employers look for when hiring.
Learn from experts in their field
You’ll be surrounded by talented people across Technology, People & Talent, Customer Support, Commercial, Finance and more. You’ll learn through observation, mentoring, and hands‑on tasks where appropriate.
Take part in real workplace experiences
