About the role
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to build your recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you enjoy coordinating processes, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly? Bunge is seeking multiple capable Recruitment Administrators to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract from July through to November. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the recruitment of approximately 1,500 harvest casuals, gaining hands-on exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment and administration skills within a dynamic, supportive team.
Duties
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for the 2026 harvest campaign.
- Act as the key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain and update recruitment systems to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Book and track medical appointments for successful candidates.
- Coordinate training sessions, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared.
- Conduct visa checks to confirm candidates meet employment eligibility requirements.
About you
- Previous experience in administration is essential.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing documentation and candidate information.
- Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite.
