We are seeking a commercially focused Head of HR to play a key role in shaping and strengthening our global HR Operations. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will lead an international HR team to deliver a generalist HR agenda across multiple regions. This is a hands-on operational leadership role ideal for an experienced, commercially driven HR professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building inclusive values-led cultures.
The Head of HR is responsible for leading HR Operations to ensure delivery of a consistent, high-quality HR service across all stages of the Employee Lifecycle. This role leads and develops the global HR team, ensuring effective delivery across recruitment and talent acquisition in partnership with an Internal Recruitment Specialist, employee relations, reward, learning and development, and engagement.
