At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world. In the UK and Ireland, NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well are a fast-growing portfolio across grocery, convenience, online and sport and fitness.

The role: Field Sales Executive Wholesale & Convenience Central London. This is a field-based role with full ownership of how NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well perform across your region. Your focus is on building distribution, strengthening visibility and ensuring our brands are consistently executed to a high commercial standard across convenience and grocery. You will build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers, secure new opportunities and make sure our products show up in the right way, in the right stores, every day.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager UK, you will work closely with the wider UK Sales team while owning your region day to day. This is a get-things-done role: build the relationships, nail the execution and spot the opportunities that push the business forward.

In short your responsibilities will be:

  • Represent our brands in Convenience stores, ensuring visibility, availability, and strong execution.
  • Build lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and key retail decision-makers.
  • Drive sales and distribution, including flawless execution of new product launches.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand regional presence.
  • Share insights from the field to improve strategies and commercial outcomes.
  • Support retail partners with product knowledge, promotions, and data-driven opportunities.

What you can expect:

  • Clear ownership and accountability, where your results are visible in sales performance, distribution and in-store execution across your region.
  • The autonomy to run your patch your way, with the backing of a driven and collaborative UK Sales team.
  • A fast-paced, action-led environment, where decisions are made quickly and progress is visible on the ground.
  • The satisfaction of building something that moves, turning relationships, execution and opportunities into real growth you can see in-store every day.

Who are you

You are someone who takes pride in ownership. You enjoy being out in the field, building relationships and seeing the direct impact of your work. You do not wait for instructions to act – you spot opportunities, follow through and make things happen. You are comfortable working at pace and in change. New launches, shifting priorities and ambitious targets energise you rather than slow you down. You stay focused, organised and structured, even when the days are full. Building trust comes naturally to you. You know how to adapt your approach to different people, from independent store owners to internal colleagues, and you communicate in a way that is clear, confident and professional. You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your own results, while also being a team player who contributes to shared goals and collective success.

Essential Skills for Success:

  • Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally within FMCG.
  • A full UK driving licence and confidence driving regularly in central London.
  • Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and professional.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a focus on solutions and opportunities.
  • Ability to combine hands-on execution with longer-term commercial thinking.
