About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator UK to play a hands-on role in creating, managing, and maintaining content across our social media channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok. This is a creative and operational role with a strong focus on filming and editing short-form content together with creators, while also ensuring our social channels are well managed on a daily basis. You will be close to the audience — actively engaging with followers, moderating conversations, and helping build a strong, positive online community — while supporting structured planning and smooth social media operations. As Social Media Coordinator UK, you will be part of our global social media team, working closely with both local and global stakeholders. While the role is primarily Monday to Friday, flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is expected in line with events, shoots, and activations. The role is based in London, UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Content & Production
    • Plan and coordinate content productions with creators, influencers, and partners
    • Film content on location and in-studio (iPhone & camera)
    • Edit short-form video content (CapCut or similar tools) optimised for TikTok and Instagram
    • Research trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them into brand-relevant content ideas
    • Capture spontaneous, real-time content during events, launches, and activations
  • Community Management & Social Operations
    • Actively manage and engage with our online community across social platforms
    • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner
    • Help foster an authentic, inclusive, and engaged brand community
    • Monitor audience feedback, trends, and common questions, sharing insights with the wider team
  • Planning & Administration
    • Together with each brand marketing activation manager, plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules
    • Be responsible for publishing posts as well as drafting captions
    • Maintain a structured content library and manage digital assets
    • Support day-to-day social media administration to ensure smooth execution across channels

Who you are

  • Strong interest in TikTok and Instagram and a good understanding of UK social culture
  • Experience filming and editing short-form video content
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable engaging directly with audiences and representing a brand online
  • Confident working with creators and capturing content in fast-paced environments
  • Creative, proactive, and hands-on with a strong sense of storytelling

Bonus

  • Experience managing or growing a social media account
  • Previous experience in community management, moderation, or customer-facing social roles
