Retail Sales Assistant Fragrance

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Approx 40 hours a week.

Duties

Good knowledge of fragrance and beauty products would be advantageous. 5 Days a week including every other Saturday

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries.
• Engage with customers to upsell products and promote special offers.
• Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage customers through effective selling techniques, including upselling.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash management.
