We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded and customer-focused Clinical Trial Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of our clinical trial services and technology solutions for pharmaceutical companies and CROs conducting respiratory studies. Reporting to the EVP of Global Marketing, you will act as the key link between our global marketing function and our clinical trial commercial and service teams. This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy, giving you the opportunity to influence business direction while developing compelling value propositions that differentiate Vitalograph in an increasingly competitive market.

You will take ownership of defining, shaping and communicating our clinical trial offering, ensuring it meets customer needs while driving commercial success and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a differentiated global marketing strategy for Vitalograph's clinical trial solutions.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing team to create targeted omnichannel campaigns that generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads.
  • Expand and enhance customer databases to strengthen engagement and communication with key audiences.
  • Identify education and training initiatives that provide value to customers and work with internal teams to deliver them effectively.
  • Lead Vitalograph's presence at industry congresses, conferences and trade events, ensuring strong brand visibility and impactful messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional organisations and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Equip sales teams with the tools, messaging and resources needed to clearly articulate the value of our solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clinical trial marketing strategy in both internal and external engagements.

About You

You will bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience, with the ability to translate complex service offerings into compelling customer-focused messaging.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years' marketing experience within clinical trial services, healthcare consulting or strategic marketing, ideally in life sciences, CRO or B2B agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial process, ideally within respiratory, pulmonary or related therapeutic areas.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies from insight through to execution.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering results in collaborative environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical or service propositions into clear, customer-focused value propositions.

Preferred Experience:
