We’re growing—and seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Associate to support our UK & Ireland operations and drive sales excellence. Based in our UK head office, this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team’s journey to become the go-to people for respiratory diagnostics. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic sales professional who is driven to succeed and contribute within a growing business.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales of Vitalograph and 3rd-party respiratory products and services
  • Generate leads via inbound inquiries and proactive outreach (calls, emails)
  • Qualify prospects and route them to field sales when needed
  • Prepare accurate quotes, close deals, and hit targets
  • Follow up on overdue service visits and upsell solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer care, resolving queries and complaints
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
  • Collaborate across sales, service, and marketing teams
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes
  • Participate in reports, forecasts, and team meetings

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ GCSEs (including English) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year’s previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of the UK respiratory market a plus
  • Strong communication, cold-calling, and sales skills
