Responsibilities
- Responsible for achievement of commercial revenue/margin targets for V‑Core spirometers and complementary solutions.
- Go‑to‑market plans in region to achieve V30 growth.
- Region‑specific target prioritisation.
- Partner with regions via matrix working to enable and deliver tools to execute in‑market, targeted campaigns etc.
- Partner with product management and R&D to align on product strategy/roadmap.
- Track KPIs monthly and quarterly.
Growth Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Identify and prioritise key growth opportunities across regions, customer segments, and product portfolios using market data, competitive insights, and internal performance metrics.
- Develop integrated global and regional commercial plans aligned to revenue and profitability targets.
- Translate strategy into clear, executable initiatives with defined milestones, ownership, and KPIs.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance tracking against growth plans.
Regional & Segment Opportunity Development
