What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales of Vitalograph and 3rd-party respiratory products and services
- Generate leads via inbound inquiries and proactive outreach (calls, emails)
- Qualify prospects and route them to field sales when needed
- Prepare accurate quotes, close deals, and hit targets
- Follow up on overdue service visits and upsell solutions
- Provide outstanding customer care, resolving queries and complaints
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
- Collaborate across sales, service, and marketing teams
- Contribute ideas for improving internal processes
- Participate in reports, forecasts, and team meetings
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ GCSEs (including English) or equivalent
- Knowledge of the UK respiratory market a plus
- Strong communication, cold-calling, and sales skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Understanding of ISO standards, MDR, MDD, GCP preferred
