About the Role: As a Level 2 Global Medical Device Service Technician for PFT Solutions within the Vitalograph Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions team your primary responsibility is to provide expert Level 2 medical device technical hardware and software support on all Vitalograph PFT Solutions products, services and solutions to internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- In depth technical knowledge and understanding of PFT Solution products and services (training will be provided).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide Level 2 onsite and remote technical support for all PFT Solutions products (excluding high level EMR interfacing) to internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and end users globally.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the respiratory diagnostic industry.
- Understanding of all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Proven experience in teaching or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- In depth technical knowledge and understanding of PFT Solution products and services (training will be provided).
