Responsibilities:

  • Document control, to include study-specific and general documentation.
  • Maintaining study specific files (paper and electronic) including updates to traceability matrices.
  • Assisting with completing Project File Reviews to schedule.
  • QC checks of relevant documentation.
  • Supporting the Archiving of Project documentation.
  • Support Induction Plans (all CT & DM staff).
  • Create/ Review Training Sessions on eDMS.
  • Monitoring admin mailboxes.
  • Administration of shipping management system.
  • Assigning ECG to Over-Readers on Trial Perfect.
  • Moodle Administration.
  • VPM Administration.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by manager.

Educational requirements:

  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent. Full training will be provided.

Skills required:

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Administration skills, attention to detail.
  • Communication skills, Team player; a ‘people’ person.
  • Organisational & planning skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to identify tasks to complete.
  • Time management skills; capable of planning & prioritising own workload.
  • Awareness of GCP.
