Responsibilities:
- Invoice daily sales orders on accounts system.
- Process service orders on accounts system.
- Receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
- Verify calculations and input codes into the accounts system in an accurate manner.
- Deal with bank transactions and ensure that reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Order and maintain control of stock.
- Credit Control.
- Other reasonable tasks as requested by Accounts Manager.
