Salary: FTE salary of £39,791 - £44,212 and pro rata salary of £24,197 - £26,885.

Are you an experienced Learning and Development professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in an organisation whose mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities? As Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will co-ordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring it is aligned with our organisational priorities and compliant with regulatory and legal requirements. It’s a varied, hands-on role where you will design and deliver engaging and inclusive learning solutions as well as lead on the ongoing development of our learning management system and co-ordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in learning design and delivery for a diverse audience.
  • The ability to break down complex information and ideas and make them accessible.
  • Experience carrying out training needs analysis.
  • Experience in working with and maintaining a learning management system.
  • Experience of establishing impact or return on investment of learning initiatives.
