As part of our Technical Marketing group, youβll be the vital bridge connecting R&D brilliance with sales strategy, distribution excellence, and central functions. Your insights will shape product positioning, drive market activity, and feed back real-world intelligence to influence future development and strategy.
Key actions
- Build a deep understanding of the UK health and protection landscape to spot opportunities and trends.
- Analyse competitor products and uncover how different medical conditions interconnect to help maintain competitive advantage.
- Create thought leadership content that positions us as innovators.
- Design tools that make it easier for advisers to understand and champion our products.
- Develop marketing messages that highlight our unique strengths and resonate with customers.
- Review marketing literature to maintain clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Support R&D in creating market-leading products that set new standards.
- Manage the production of high-quality collateral that brings ideas to life.
- Assist in delivering dynamic webinars that inspire and inform sales teams.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to launch innovative solutions into the UK market.
- Partner with product, underwriting, sales, marketing, and training teams to make every launch a success.
What you need to thrive
- A level or equivalent in mathematics.
- Bachelor degree in a mathematical, medical or biological sciences degree.
- Good numerical skills and communication skills, being able to write and present materials for internal and external audiences.
- Competent on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- You will be expected to take the actuarial exams and be motivated to undertake this training with the view to qualifying as an actuary.
