Proven Security Operations ExperienceStrong Information Security KnowledgeDemonstrated Risk Management CapabilityWhat this role is all about: We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join the Information Security team, supporting the ongoing development and maturity of Vitality's cyber security capabilities. The role plays a key part in protecting company and member data, strengthening security controls, responding to cyber threats and incidents, and supporting the delivery of the wider Information Security Strategy. Working closely with cross functional teams - this position offers broad exposure across operational security, governance, risk and security improvement initiatives. Key ActionsProvide security guidance and best practice advice to business areas and technology teams across the organisationSupport the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of the Information Security Management System to ensure continued ISO27001 complianceMonitor security systems, tools and alerts, investigating issues and escalating incidents where requiredParticipate in the detection, management and response to cyber security incidents, including on-call dutiesContribute to the implementation, management and enhancement of technical security controls across the businessSupport penetration testing activities and coordinate remediation of identified vulnerabilities and findingsEngage with project teams to ensure security risks are identified and addressed throughout the software development lifecycleUndertake security due diligence assessments of third-party suppliers and technology partnersContribute to security awareness, training activities and the development of cyber response playbooks and exercisesProduce reporting, metrics and insights that support cyber security operations and continuous improvement initiativesWhat do you need to thrive?
