What this role is all about:
Join Vitality’s Programme & Engagement Marketing team and play an important role in delivering marketing campaigns that help members get more value from the Vitality programme. Working across engagement, retention and partner-led activity, this role translates strategy into impactful communications and initiatives. Working closely with colleagues and external partners to increase engagement, raise programme awareness and strengthen member loyalty.
Key Actions:
- Responsible for implementing the Vitality programme and engagement marketing strategy as set out by Director and Head of the team
- Plan and operationally coordinate activities across a varied portfolio of campaigns and initiatives to keep momentum and deliver against timelines, to ensure a quality customer experience and high level of customer understanding
- Responsible for co-ordinating and briefing all the key supporting channels and teams needed to execute brilliantly against the Vitality programme and engagement strategy including content and social, design and copy, digital product, CRM and external agencies and our Vitality partners.
- Working with other teams in the business to ensure quality standards and deadlines are adhered to
- Own communications relating to product changes and updates for example; communicating new Vitality partners, points changes, partner removals
- Maintain relationship with our Vitality partners and suppliers, ensuring we are optimising marketing opportunities with them and where they are incorporating the Vitality brand into their own material that they adhere to brand guidelines
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including Vitality Operations, Servicing, Retention and Distribution, Enterprise and the broader Marketing team
What do you need to thrive?
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience in a marketing role within a dynamic business environment
- Experience planning, managing and delivering marketing campaigns and projects
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise customer communications and briefs
- Experience translating complex products or technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
