b Overview /b p In this role you will deliver high-quality healthcare and claims analysis to support claims fund management, clinical risk insight and performance improvement. As a senior member of the Healthcare Analytics team, you will lead defined workstreams and translate complex data into clear evidence-based insights for senior stakeholders. You will develop specialist expertise in a defined clinical or fraud domain and raise analytical quality across the function. You will build relationships across the business and contribute to scalable analytics assets and dashboards that produce repeatable, accessible insights. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Bonus schemes /li li Pension up to 12% with 6% employer match /li li Vitality health insurance /li li Life Assurance – four times salary /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Handle complex work across claims fund performance, healthcare utilisation, clinical risk, fraud and provider benchmarking within defined workstreams /li li Apply advanced techniques to large healthcare and claims datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for investigation /li li Translate findings into clear narratives to enable evidence-based decisions by senior stakeholders /li li Provide informed judgement on complex or ambiguous problems and escalate data quality or methodological risk as needed /li li Develop specialist expertise in a clinical or fraud domain and shape analytical approaches /li li Ensure methodologies, outputs and recommendations are robust for regulated decision-making /li li Serve as a senior analytical reference for colleagues, promoting consistency and sharing knowledge /li li Contribute to best practices, reusable methods and documentation to improve function efficiency /li li Build relationships across the business and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels /li li Support development of scalable analytical assets, dashboards and reporting solutions /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical discipline /li li Significant experience delivering complex analytics in healthcare, health insurance, claims, clinical risk, fraud or related areas /li li Advanced capability in analysing complex healthcare or claims datasets and drawing commercially meaningful conclusions /li li Strong judgement to interpret ambiguous issues, evaluate evidence and propose practical solutions /li li Specialist knowledge within a relevant clinical, healthcare, claims or fraud domain /li li Experience producing robust analytical outputs for regulated or high-risk decision-making environments /li li Proven ability to translate technical analysis into clear insights for non-technical and senior stakeholders /li li Experience directing analytical workstreams or project components with high self-sufficiency /li li Strong stakeholder management skills across clinical, operational and commercial teams /li li Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions or reusable analytical assets /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Strategic influencing /li li Clear communication of complex findings to non-technical audiences /li li Self-sufficiency and initiative /li li Collaborative cross-functional work /li /ul
