What this role is all about:
In this role, you’ll be the dedicated analytical partner for our D2C teams, working with leaders across Digital, Lead Generation and Telesales to enhance our operational reporting and deliver proactive deep‑dive analysis. Using rich data sets spanning resource planning, productivity, real‑time adherence, campaign performance and commercial metrics, you’ll help unlock opportunities to drive efficiency and elevate results across the contact centre.
Key Actions
- Accountable for driving day‑to‑day performance analytics across all campaigns, ensuring our insights truly influence outcomes
- Boosting real‑time Contact Centre performance through meaningful insight, opportunity spotting and clear, actionable commentary
- Playing a committed role in our cross‑functional management team, enabling stakeholders to make smart, high‑impact choices
- Quickly identifying early signs of underperformance and taking definite, real‑time action to minimise impact
- Owning and developing operational reporting dashboards for senior stakeholders, supported by our analysts
- Providing the insight needed to manage resource effectively, ensuring all FTE are operating at their most productive
- Acting as a key voice in shaping and managing contact strategies that maximise conversion
- Staying close to the operation to bridge the gap between operational teams and the wider BI/MI community
- Responding rapidly to performance issues or improvement opportunities, working with urgency and precision to deliver robust solutions
What do you need to thrive?
- Intermediate SQL and Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Interest of knowledge of working with python (ideally but not essential)
- 3+ years’ experience working in an analytics role , have experience in insight production
- Experience of using large and varied data sets to yield credible, effective insights
- A good understanding and knowledge on contact centres.
- Professional maturity, able to operate effectively with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills, effective at communication of complex analytical concepts and results
- Enjoys coaching and teaching others, sharing knowledge and skills
- Ability to question and debate issues and dispute assumptions positively
