Itβs important to relate to your customer, understand their needs. If you care about your customer and can provide an exceptional service in catering to their product requirements this may be the role for you. This role is about the quality of the customer journey, providing advice on Vitality Life products, building rapport so customers make informed choices through us, as Vitality Life. This is over the telephone and can be direct with personal customers and our business customers too. We offer ongoing support, coaching and a focus on your development in your Vitality career. Previous experience of working in Insurance sales is required.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service and advice over the telephone to our customers
- Time management is key as we are fast paced and have many customer needs to meet
- Proactively maintaining your knowledge and driving your own performance, with support at every step
- Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met
- Maintaining quality of advice with every fact find, ensuring documentation, analysis and outcomes are recorded
What You Need To Thrive
- Experience within Financial Services is a must
- Confident telephone manner
- Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA
- Strong customer orientation and engagement skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
- Commitment to personal development and progression
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results
- Financial services qualifications appropriate to the role, ideally CEMAP or R05
