Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What will you do as a Renewals Specialist:
- Training is hugely important to Vitality which is why we'll teach you all you need to know about our amazing products and how to deal with any Renewal question, so you can achieve your full potential as a Renewals Specialist.
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.

To be successful in the role of Customer Renewal Adviser you will likely have:
