What this role is all about:
Join Vitality as a National Support Manager and be the driving force behind our National Accounts Team's success! You will play a pivotal role in boosting Vitality sales through our intermediary Network, National, and Service Provider distribution partners. Your responsibilities will include coordinating industry events and conferences to educate financial advisers on the benefits of Vitality products, managing valuable marketing service packages, and delivering analytical reports for network review meetings. You will also have the opportunity to innovate and improve our team systems, processes, and projects to enhance sales outcomes. As a dedicated point of contact for our distribution partners, you will help them deepen their understanding of our advisory groups, making a real impact on their success. Key Actions:
- To further Vitality's relationships within a select number of network and national advisory groups in an effort to grow their new business volumes.
- Explore how we can encourage and support networks into new advice areas such as PMI.
- To manage the end-to-end journey of industry and network events.
- To manage the NAM Marketing Services Agreement process and subsequent payments of invoices.
- Collation and distribution of National Account sales data in association with MI team.
- To act in support of Vitality's Learning and Development team through specific in-house training events.
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
- You will have proven experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Intermediate skills with PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage variable workload.
