About The Role

Team – Adviser and Employer Distribution

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

You’ll deliver clear, compelling marketing around the Vitality Programme, working closely with sales, product, compliance and partner brands to drive adviser engagement, retention and sustainable growth.

Key Actions:

  • Partner with product and technical marketing teams to deliver Vitality Programme-led pre-sales materials across the intermediary sales journey, tailored to adviser and audience needs.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns end to end, from briefing to delivery, stakeholder alignment and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring activity is on time and on brand.
  • Create and manage Vitality Programme financial promotions, ensuring FCA compliance.
