It’s important to relate to your customer, understand their needs, and provide an exceptional service in catering to their product requirements. As a Remote Protection Advisor you will offer advice on Vitality Life products, build rapport, and help customers make the right choices for them and for Vitality Life. The role is conducted over the telephone with both personal and business customers, and includes ongoing support and coaching to further your development in your Vitality career. Previous experience of working in Insurance sales is required.
