What this role is all about:
Key Actions
- Support the day-to-day management of Everyday Care partner services
- Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments
- Analyse trends, risks and opportunities across service delivery and member experience
- Coordinate the resolution of service issues, complaints and operational challenges
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital and physical member journeys
- Prepare performance reporting and materials for partner review meetings
- Maintain governance processes, records and action tracking
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the introduction of new services, offers and journey enhancements
- Contribute to service review, billing and reconciliation activities where required
What do you need to thrive?
- Experience working within partnerships, healthcare, service delivery or operational environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions
- Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs or service performance metrics
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across diverse teams
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on member or customer outcomes
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart or Miro would be advantageous
- Passion for improving healthcare experiences and delivering outstanding member outcomes
