Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality offices (Bournemouth, London, Stockport). Full time, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:
As an Insights Analyst, you’ll turn data into meaningful stories that shape our strategy and drive smarter choices across the business. Working closely with the Customer Insights Manager, you’ll uncover trends, understand customer behaviour and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, bringing together data, insight and commercial thinking to influence key decisions and support our strategic priorities.
Key Actions:
- Deliver data-driven customer insights that inform strategy, support growth and improve business performance
- Analyse large datasets, identifying trends, patterns and opportunities
- Create compelling visualisations, dashboards and reports that bring insights to life for senior stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability and quality of all outputs
- Front and support ad-hoc deep dives, performance analysis and opportunity assessments
- Work with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals
- Produce clear presentations and papers for management and executive committees
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
What do you need to thrive?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Confident in data modelling, manipulation and visualisation (including dashboard creation)
- Ability to simplify complex quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link analysis to commercial and customer outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Skilled in Excel (or equivalent) and comfortable working with AI-enabled analytical tools
- Effective time management, prioritisation and attention to detail
