Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Actions
- Contribute to gathering and defining requirements for new AI solutions
- Design, build and deploy AI-driven applications across the insurance value chain
- Develop machine learning and Generative AI models to address business challenges
- Support the delivery of AI Assistants, RAG solutions and voice-enabled platforms
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, architects and business stakeholders
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and cloud-based technologies
- Optimise models and applications for performance, scalability and cost efficiency
- Develop, test and maintain solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks
- Research emerging AI technologies and apply relevant innovations to business use cases
- Work closely with senior data scientists to support project delivery and professional development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI engineering standards and best practices
- Support the deployment and monitoring of AI applications on Google Cloud Platform
What do you need to thrive?
- STEM degree or equivalent foundation in data science
- Demonstrable passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Python programming capability
- Understanding of machine learning principles and techniques
- Exposure to Generative AI applications and tools
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn from experienced data science professionals
- Curiosity to explore new AI frameworks and innovations
- Interest in cloud-based technologies and AI deployment
