Vitality in Outer London Kent SE/SW area is seeking a fully qualified nurse to join our field-based team.
You will obtain medical information, conduct screenings and sample testing (blood, urine, saliva), and perform tele medical interviews and member health checks.
This 37.5-hour week covers five days with an alternating Saturday shift (8-4 or 12-8).
Daily travel within your territory is required to homes or workplaces, and you will work alongside office staff to deliver high-quality health
